We have a gorgeous Vintage Wizard of Oz “Over the Rainbow” Singing Plate. It is a limited edition plate made in 1993. It is Plate No.2836B. It works beautifully and includes the Certificate of Authenticity and box.
It measures about 8”.

It’s in like new condition with no flaws.
